Common Questions About our Wedding Photo Booths

I would like the photo booth for cocktail hour and then again after dinner. Is there a way to break up my hours?

Yes. If you would like your hours broken up, lets say in this instance, the time the booth is there and not being used is called idle time. We charge $50/hr for idle time.

I would just like to have the photo booth for the reception after dinner. Do you set up while my guests are all there?

We like to set up before the guests arrive, and actually most venues prefer us to do so. If your event is in and around the Indianapolis area, it is usually possible for us to set up the photo booth in the morning, and then come back in the evening for the time the booth is in operation. If that is not possible, then that would fall under idle time.

Will my guests know how to use the booth?

We have an attendant there the entire time ensuring everyone has a good time and everything runs smoothly.

Are there any restrictions or requirements for your photo booths?

We usually require a 10 x 10 space for our photo booth and 6 ft prop table. We also need access to a three prong outlet. Prior arrangements must be made if it is to be used outdoors. In the case of our mirror booth, if it is to be placed upstairs we must have access to an elevator. It is too heavy and awkward to carry upstairs.

How far do you travel?

We are based out of Indianapolis, so we usually operate within the 50 mile radius. We do add a small travel price for weddings outside our range.

Can we bring props for our guests to use at the reception?

Of course! We love to see how creative you can be! In the past we have had pictures of pets on sticks, a ventriloquist puppet, and our favorite life size cut outs of the bride and groom.

I'm in. How far in advance should I book?

If you are super excited to book, now is the time. The popular months for weddings are March-June, and September-November. These seem to be the months we book up fast and well in advance. Also don't forget about April being the month for prom season!
